I'm more of a fan of the cards it can cast rather than it itself though.
So a purely based mind's eye book is imo fairly weak.

I very much doubt that.
Mind's eye is the support, by itself it's hard to counter, but very winnable.
Be aggressve and then the eyes are just wasted sbp.

Go to the Gen Con page and login in if you've already got your badge. You can search for Mage Wars and find all the Arcane Wonders events.
