This is what I thought. The box says made in the USA and I could of sworn I read something about them going to the place where everything was manufactured being nearby. With that being the case I fail to see how the port issue would cause a delay. Unless being made in the USA is not the case.

Being made in the USA means that virtually all of the parts and labor comes from the US, like ringkichard pointed out. However, that includes both the States and the Territories. You must remember that the US has lots of overseas territories that have not yet met the qualifications needed for statehood (not to mention Hawaii as an overseas state), so it is possible that parts made in those locations could be affected by port issues. Everyone tends to forget that the US is a global empire, with lots of lands and peoples conquered from previous wars.

Apparently there are 16 US territories, not including a chunk of Antarctica and Cuba (i.e. Guantanamo Bay).  The first I thought of (aside from Puerto Rico) were the Virgin Islands... probably because I'm dreaming of a day when the snow might melt...

I think you're almost certainly correct, given what I just heard while catching up on Mage Wars Mondays podcasts (episode 18 in particular).

For those who do not know, that is from a weekly video podcast Called DFW Nerd Night - based out of the Dallas-Fort Worth, Texas area. They host monthly "nerd Night" Parties and and raise all sorts of Money for Charity. They also host a 200+ person Charity party at GenCon.

The first two spoilers are up -->HERE<--. Theses two creatures are the guardians of the V'Torrak Orbs that Mages will fight over in Domination.

Important note- Anchored! This trait prevents teleportation.

I hope there's an enchantment or equipment that lets you anchor your own or enemy creatures at least temporarily. That's probably what the teased enchant Astral Anchor does, considering the trait is in the title of the card.
