Things to remove:
1) [mwcard=FWC02]Earth Elemental[/mwcard]. You could use these points much better. (5 points available).
2) 2x [mwcard=MWSTX1CKC05]Screech Harpy[/mwcard]. I just feel like they aren't too good. (13 points available)
3) 2x [mwcard=MW1E35]Reverse Magic[/mwcard]. Just pack more [mwcard=MW1E29]Nullify[/mwcard] if you want to avoid incantations/enchantments being cast at you. They're cheaper mana and spellpoint cost. (17 available)
4) I don't think you need 3 [mwcard=MWSTX2FFI03]Disarm[/mwcard]. I might take them all out, but if you want to keep them, I'd keep just one or two. (18 available)
5) I don't think [mwcard=FWI02]Earthquake[/mwcard] is that great but that's up to you.
6) Remove both [mwcard=MW1I11]Explode[/mwcard]. You have 3 Dissolves and 3 Disarms. You definitely don't need Explode at all. (22 available).

Things to add:
1) Armor. [mwcard=MW1Q06]Dragonscale Hauberk[/mwcard] and [mwcard=MW1Q15]Leather Boots[/mwcard] at least. Oh and definitely an [mwcard=MW1Q07]Elemental Cloak[/mwcard]. There will be many times it will be more helpful than the Suppression Cloak (16 available)
2) Another Wizard's Tower in case your first gets destroyed (14 left)
3) Various attack spells. The Wizard's Tower is so amazing because you can change the bound spell every round. One round you might need one spell, the next, another. So add at least one [mwcard=DNA01]Acid Ball[/mwcard], at least 1 [mwcard=MWSTX1CKA01]Surging Wave[/mwcard], one [mwcard=MW1A09]Jet Stream[/mwcard], and at least 1 [mwcard=MW1A04]Fireball[/mwcard]. (4 left)
4) With the last 4, I'd add in 2 [mwcard=MW1C05]Blue Gremlin[/mwcard]. They're extremely good level 2 creatures.

What type of strategy are you going for with this?

Earthquake is a kick in the teeth to Druid because it kills vine markers. Reverse magic is beautiful if it catches something like Enfeeble. Harpy is great against Forcemaster. They're matchup dependent, but there can be good reasons to include them.

What is your local playgroup like?
I can take the fun out of anything. It's true; here, look at this spreadsheet.

I almost feel like the Gate of Voltari isn't worth it without a few more Arcane creatures. Some Gargoyle Sentries would go a long way for you.

Keep the Reverse Magics if you like. If you pull it off it's awesome. Expensive sometimes, but awesome.

I've never used Drain Power but I see it's utility. I'd test it and see if you need more than one though.

You got 3 Dissolves, you don't need the Explodes :)

I might add in a Spike Pit or two to stick people in an Iron Golem zone and keep em there hopefully.

Play it as is a few times and let us know how it does, that'll help with the re-design if any.

Regarding the  strategy that I would like to use...well, I am not sure, it is the first time that I use a wizzard and also I am not very experienced player, my idea is to be a bit agressive...spelling atacks, and use gate to voltary to summon defensive creatures and teleports to move the slow ones...maybe a little bit generic...but as I said I am testing the wizzards game,  all people in my playgrup are testing different mages so I did not made the spell book thinking in specific metagame.

Iron Golem is probably not worth it in a Gate to Voltari build. You can use a combination of Devouring Jellies and Darkfenne Hydras instead.

It is much more efficient to have multiple Slow creatures in a single zone and Teleport your opponent into it than it is to Teleport an individual Slow creature to where they can make a good attack. If you want to base your strategy on using lots of Slow creatures, run a minimum of 3 Teleports. Also consider better options for locking down mobility like Enchantment Transfusion + Nullify + Jinx + Force Hold/Crush.

Slow creatures are not the best option if you want to be aggressive. Generally, plays based on Slow creatures build up and play attrition until they're ready to lock down the enemy mage and kill them.

Falcon Precision is not going to be that useful in this type of build. Darkfenne Hydra is the main Living melee attacker where you care about getting damage through, but because you make 3 strikes, Defenses aren't efficient against Darkfenne Hydra anyway. They have to use a Defense against each strike separately, and if it starts to be a problem, spam Surging Wave out of a Wizard's Tower. Regardless, Falcon Precision is not the answer you're looking for.

Hawkeye is fantastic for the Wizard, making Arcane Zap even more efficient, and setting you up for massive burst damage.

Defense Ring is out of place. It's much better to run another Defense than run Defense Ring to improve that single Defense. If your opponent Dissolves that Deflection Bracers, the ring does nothing, and it's not worth the action and mana to improve the one defense even if they don't destroy your equipment.

Your defensive options for getting armor are a little limited, and you could use an Acid Ball for dealing with enemy armor.
