putting back cancelled out abilities

Was piddling around with current combos and counter-combos and had a question.

Lets say theres an Iron Golem strolling around, So I sneak an enchantment under him.
The opponent drops a Charge to give the Golem the fast trait.   Since he has both fast and slow, they are both cancelled out now...

Now, after the opponent casts charge say I reveal the enchantment and its Enfeeble.  Since the golem doesnt have slow/fast anymore (cancelled out by the fast) does he re-gain the "new" slow and become unable to charge?  Or is the new slow retroactively cancelled out by the fast trait?

Every enchantment you play gets a "Time stamp" with the newer one always taking precedence over the new one. In this case, he would still become slow.
