Temple of Light inactive when cast?

I know that creatures are inactive when cast, but are conjurations inactive when they hit the table as well?  Or, can the priestess' temple of light shoot right after its played?

I would sey yes - ToL can shoot at the same roud it enters an Arena.

It gains ready marker not action marker, and there are no rules for ready markers enter play "not ready", so there are even less reasons to think ToL should have same rules as creatures.

Ready markers enter play in the ready state unless otherwise stated.
