Geyser - Burn Removal Cost?

Just curious if there is still a removal cost to Burn markers if its removed with Geyser...

According to the spell card, During the Roll Dice Step of this attack, if the target has any Burn conditions on it, cancel this attack and remove all Burn conditions from the target instead.   Does not state having to pay a removal cost.
