Jimilia Proxy deck!

Saw Jimilia's deck and knew I just has to make my own version. Here it is!

[spellbook]

Pretty similar to the orginal.
Typical Opening is double crystal into ring and knights.
Notes:
Card considerations: Mage Staff, surging wave, acid ball, elemental wand, more dispel/dissolve.
Chant of Rage and blightheart is fun! :) Lure them in and have him slice them up!
Hope you like it and as always, comment down below!

Wow this seems very unorthodox. I read your discussions on the 1 Dispel/Dissolve thread and I am glad to be able to see (one of the decks) what you were talking about.

How would defend against being kidnapped? Does the cloak usually come out early?
What about actions? No spawnpoint seems like you want to end the match fast, but there is a lot of stuff to delay out there.

Well, yes the book is very unorthodox.
Here are some explanations
T1 double crystal
T2 ring and knight into 2 more knights and curses.
Cloak helps a lot of they port you away they are in range one of your creatures l (which is what you want)
The Phoenix shall rise.

So the idea is to start an early damage race? Is that why there is so little armor or defensive stuff in general?

Well actually not that unorthodox :)

Jimilia seems to play a fast aggro game - much like a lot of German players do.

In live games, especially with a time limit its not a bad idea to summon a couple of big dudes and then go to town! If you want to kill your opponent in 75 min or less, its pretty good.
Even without a timelimit this playstyle seems to work well enough on OCTGN.

If you watch the German mage wars final 2016 video you could see that both players used similar openings:

By turn 3 both players had 2 strong creatures and some equipment:

AC Warlock: Mana Crystal, Ring of Curses, Fireshaper Ring, Darkpact Slayer and Skeleton Knight.

Priestess: Mana Crystal, Leather Gloves, Leather Boots, FD Enchantment and 2 Knight of Westlocks.

I think it would be an improvement to Jimilias book to add at least 1 leather piece.
Something likes this:
Necro
10/20
Mana Crystal 5
Deathfang     8
11/18
Leather Chausse  2
Deathfang           8
11/19
FD Enchantment  2
Skeleton Knight  13
11/15

Im really missing Idol of Pestilence in this version of Jimilias book btw.

Why was blightheart picked over mort? Imo blightheart is a bit underwhelming (but cool)

When in doubt kill it with fire? I never doubt and crush them right away.

probably for the increased utility. Bleed is nice to have and so is Rot as it also fuels the Plague Master ability.

One might even consider Turghut for the range attack

Blightheart is Elusive and has a fairly high chance of getting a condition on you if you've already acted. Plus he's a pirate.

Biblo we've both tried arguing with her about what should go into her book. We've both seen how far that's gotten us  ;D

Both only work on living creatures however. How does this fair against a nonliving build?
