I've been playing around with this a bit and it seems fairly solid. Basically you use eye for an eye as tempo advantage and use cassiel to mitigate dmg. Attack spells are fairly limited, but solid toolbox there. If I need I can stick the boulder or flameblast on the wand. Standered pack of incantations: 3 dispels and dissolves, 1-2 seeking. Enchants are plentiful, might want to add a enchant ring. Creatures are also limited but solid, knights against siren or buddy builds, angels against rushes. Equipment is plentiful, but fairly well balenced. And conjerations: solid couple here.

Removed a lot of the out of school stuff, Sunfire, Hawkeye, and added ballista, dawn ring. Not sure why I had so much fire, replaced fireball with boulder. Still tweaking it a bit.
