Sorry, can't find the post where the Codex 3.0 was announced.

I noticed that STAGGER was not described.

Given the fact that Academy cards can be used in Arena, it may make sense to include STAGGER.

The omission of Stagger was not intentional. I'm hoping to fix it over the weekend.

Codex 3.1 is not up. We're at a trade show this weekend. The file is finished and should be up this week.

Codex 3.1 exists. Not sure why it wasn't updated. I'm going to try and have that fixed today. But, yes the 3.1 is "imminent".

An observation (non-urgent!) for 3.2 (or 4.0...)

'Effect Die' is defined but not 'Attack Die'. It should be for completeness, but it's also the more confusing name - I had to recently debate how rolling Attack dice for damage, was not necessarily the same thing as making an attack, and can happen outside of an attack. A general listing specifying that the cuboid die is called an 'Attack die' but is also used outside of attacks for damage (Incantations, Burns, etc), as well as for healing, and other values (eg: Drain Power) was precisely the clarification sought.
