UK - Players of Organised Play?
« on: March 30, 2016, 08:42:20 AM »
Hi,

Does anyone know if there are any Organised Play sessions, or Tournaments in the UK? Or even any players! :)

Thanks

Kaarin

I know that some UK players are active on BGG: https://boardgamegeek.com/boardgame/101721/mage-wars-arena#forums
Some time ago they were organizing people for a big con.

UK Mage Wars players I believe the group is called.

Latest post:

NEW TOURNAMENT!!!
So, London has two places that have historically held any gaming events. I am trying to vary the dates and locations of tournaments to get as many folks involved as possible. This one will be

Sunday May 15th
Leisure Games (Finchley / North London)
Cost TBD, but not more than 4GBP

For anyone living North of London (and I am told there is, like, this whole other part of the U.K. up there) this should be substantially easier. The next one will be back at Dark Sphere.

Please post below if you intend to attend (I have two confirmations already --myself and one other --hoping to hit 10).

We will be playing for OP kits 5 and 6 - so twice the prizes!!

Hope this helps! /Biblo
