I like the first one a little bit better in terms of creature selection, but I like the enchantment selection a little bit better in the second book, though it would be too much for the 1st book.

Overall, there are a few suggestions I have:

Eagleclaw Boots are good, but I would actually stick with Leather Boots for a Priestess with Veteran's Belt.

Similarly, I would consider running a Rhino Hide as another source of armor for your mage.

I would run a Bear Strength for Brogan in the first list.

For the first list in particular, I don't think you need that many Nullifies. You aren't relying on a single massive threat, you're playing multiple threats, which means that Nullify shouldn't be that important for you. Having 1 or 2 is probably enough, and I think you could get away without any. For the second list Nullify makes a bit more sense, since you are building up just a few creatures to be huge monsters, and losing an action with one of those creatures is a much bigger deal.

In the second list, I would consider Lay Hands.

What were you thinking in terms of the opening? Something like:

Turn 1 (20): Asyran Cleric -> Battle Forge (7)
Turn 2 (17): D Meditation Amulet -> Meditate -> Temple of Asyra -> Mana on Temple (7) [1]
Turn 3 (17) [2]: D Enchanter's Ring -> D Guardian Angel -> Meditate -> FD Rhino Hide -> Mana on Temple (8) [1]

Puts you in a pretty strong position and is reasonably flexible in the face of aggression. It's pretty similar to my Anvil Throne Warlord opening. You can substitute another creature for round 3. Brogan gives you a strong offensive threat, another Asyran Cleric gives you an even stronger economy, and Guardian Angel is a strong defensive play. If you are worried about a strong attack in round 2, such as double Hurl Boulder, you can just deploy Dragonscale Hauberk and play the Temple of Asyra or Guardian Angel, depending on how worried you are about aggression. You'll be a little behind in economy, but something like that puts you in a much stronger position against a fast attack.

I think you are missing Temple of Asyra too. A Spawnpoint is usually combined with the meditation amulet for full effect.

Hey there! I've been using holy books recently and I hope I can say something that is useful! This book already looks pretty solid, so I may ask more about why you use certain cards. Maybe I can learn something from your experience. This book seems really late game and I think you might be able to get the job done faster.

To start off, you have no attack spells! You should put in at least 1 Acid Ball, probably 2. You only have 2 dissolves so armor builds (like the one you are using :D) could be an issue. I also suggest a Force Hammer for dealing with Conjurations, and a Hurl Boulder as a finisher. Really basic attack spells that are for a specific purpose.

I noticed you have a lot of creatures that can use a defense, but only 1 Temple of the Dawnbreaker. Do you find that you need 2 every? Is the mana cost to high to afford a second TOD?

Your creatures seem a bit...Big. You can defend yourself pretty well with the guardian angels. But what are you getting out of Selesius? It seems like 2 Asyrian Defenders would be better suited. How often are you getting Valshalla out and using her abilities? Usually I find I can't really get her to "Wrath" up but the Daze/Stun is the main reason for getting her out.

I think you should run some Cheetah Speed. You can Combo with the already flying angels and get the Lion Savagery combo off each round. I think you are using Selesius to get it out, but I wonder how often you manage to pull it off (lots of mana).

Just curious on the 3 Divine Protections. Does your knights or you really need it? TOD seems like a big enough buff for the knights.

I love Crown of Protection, but how often are you using it? It's cheap and effective, but I think you might want to spend your quick actions buffing your creatures with attack enchantments. This book looks like it goes super late if you wait to cast the enchantments like Bear Strength or Lion Savagery. To go with that you have an Enchanter's Ring, so you either give them armor or an enchantment but you usually cant do both since your meditation amulet is your main action.

I think you should put in Battle Fury. It can combo with your Mage Wand, and a lot of your creatures will get 4-5 dice and an effect off with it. It is really good with Valshalla.

Just wondering why you don't use a basic Heal spell. I've been thinking the Ring of Asyra is a waste of spellbook points in this book. I think you can put in Force Pushes to get the Lion Savagry off better. Force Push can also be very versatile for a lot of other situations.

Hope this helps!

This book is starting to look really tough. I fully support adding a heal and a force push to this book

Im going to disagree with Coshade here and advice against using any attack spells :)

If your going to use the Meditation Amulet, you´ll move one in the first round and most likely stay in that spot for the rest of the game. That could easily mean you can´t use your attack spells most of the time.

I would replace the 2 Acid Balls with 4 Piercing Strike, replace Force Hammer with Brogan and maybe keep Surging Wave.

Id change 1 Guardian Angel for a Knight of Westlock (or 2) the reason being Wizard Tower. A Knight of Westlock with a Bear Strenght and a Piercing Strike has a good chance to take down a Wizard Tower in 1 blow :)

As Wizard is really poverfull and you run Temple of the Dawnbreaker i also really like adding a couple of Force Orbs.

You could take out Ring of Asyra , Crown of Protection some or all of the minor heals/healing charm - and add bigger healing spells + defence ring/reflex boots and an earth wall or two

I really like the advice Biblo is giving as well. While I agree Force Hammer is not necessary, I would keep the acid balls. The only thing I would say is that I prefer Brogan with Bear strength and a charge rather then the piercing strikes and the Knight. That way you can get across the center lane faster and take down that beloved Wizard's Tower.

Just remember that if you are Flying you are not Hindering, which I have found to be a big weakness in pure Angel Books.
