You need to reword the poll. It presupposes that there is a spell that is included in every spellbook that the person answering the poll makes. Isn't that the question you're trying to answer in the first place?
Pretty much all of the spellbooks I build use dispel. If I had the forcemaster vs warlord expansion I would generally not put dispel in his book, and would use harshforge monolith, arcane corruption, harshforge plate, etc. instead.
It seems highly likely that as Arcane Wonders releases more spells, the "always/nearly always-mandatory-to-include" spells will no longer be so.
Dispel: Harshforge
Teleport: Seen the spoilers for "Cascading Force Push" yet?
Force push: Fast, teleport and teleport effects, teleport trap, snatch, jet stream, surging wave, force pull, spreading vines...the thing that force push is useful for is "moving" a creature an extra zone, and controlling the direction it goes in. All of the effects listed above are good for one of those two purposes except for fast, and even then fast can make an extra "move" unnecessary.
Dissolve: DISARM, and for dealing with armor there is corrosive orchid, acid ball, rust, piercing, and at least to some extent extra dice.
Rouse the beast: I do not think this is generally a card that would be included in every spellbook a person makes. I do not understand why it is on a list of possible "always/nearly always-mandatory-to-include" spells.
