Rather than an aggro build I wanted to concentrate on destroying my enemy's creatures. If I can out-creature them then I can swarm them in the end.

Hey I like the build a lot!
Had some questions about a few cards. There isn't a lot of explanation in what you wrote so I'm going to guess a few things you're doing.

Hellfire trap - I thought it was a good first choice but a card you should take out at final editing. I like that it combos with Adramelech's Touch and your Bloodfire Helmet. When I have had it in my book I usually never use it. That being said it is a really efficient card if you had Force Pushes or Jet Streams. Is your hope that the opponent just walks on to the zone?

Helm of Fear - I think this is your response to swarms. I think zone area attack spell or Circle of Fire would be the better option for dealing with swarms. And those options combo better with your Bloodfire Helmet as well. Helm of Fear is good but it doesn't really take care of your problem, just delays it.
