Enchanter's wardstones don't outright prevent your enchantments from being dispelled. They increase the cost of destroying your enchantments by 2 mana per wardstone.

Yes i Know that, but if you can't pay this cost is prevented the destruction of the enchantment...

The question is, if i have two Wardstone in game the cost that the my opponent pay is +4?

He knows that, else he would not ask if they stack.

To answer the question: Yes their effect stack.

Any more than two and you are probably taking up too many zone with Zone Exclusives, but one or two might be fine, especially if you are running a few other mana denial spells in your book.
