Melee attacks have Battle Fury that allows a creature a 2nd quick melee attack, there should be a card that does allows a 2nd ranged attack but maybe have it cost 7 mana instead of 5 since ranged attacks typically are full attacks. Call the card blackened sky and the picture could be a sky full of arrows.
