Does a vampiress that gets reanimated still have vampirism since she then becomes a zombie? The question is can undead creatures use the vampirism ability?

I don't believe so. From the codex: "When this attack causes damage to a Living creature, the attacker heals
(removes) up to half the damage caused (round up)."

The key word here is "heals". Nonliving creatures have finite life, and therefore cannot heal.

She still has it, it still works, it just does nothing due to her being now Nonliving, which prevent life gain from healing effects like Vampirism.
