Forcemaster's Force Pull versus Passage attack

Hi,

I know that usually if its not stated it probably means it isnt possible but just need 100% confirmation about this.

It says that force pull cannot pull a creature through a passage attack, so does that mean I cannot pay 3 extra mana to achieve this either?
