Vine Markers

For those playing the Druid, how many of the markers have you used in the game? Have you ran out and had to use substitutes?

Do you get substitutes? I thought once you ran out you ran out...

Yes, you can use substitutes. The number of markers you have does not limit your abilities. The only thing that matters is if the ability itself states that it has limits. Just because you run out of Burn Markers doesn't mean you can't cause anything else to Burn. Just because you run out of Vine Markers doesn't mean you can't place more Vines.

I am just trying to figure out if anyone has run out or has come close to running out. You get ten out of the box, think virtual.....

We used a dice brick of 36 D6s for one of the testers vines

I've run out before. I think I had the vine tree and vinewhip staff out. I probably stopped putting out more vines after I realized I wasn't using them as much as I thought I would.

I use vet tokens when I run out of vine tokens because I know they will never be used...haha I'm kidding though.

Thanks for all of the answers. I thought that we were going to have to create a stack of Vine Markers in OCTGN on the side of the board and was trying to figure out how many markers should be in the stack. Cosworth was able to just create a Vine Marker on demand and are unlimited like the rest of the markers in the game.
