The wording isn't very clear on this one.
When you read the last sentence it says you can summon any conjuration, but I guess it is suppose to only refer to Vine conjurations. Correct?

That's vine (creature or conjuration). English would be more explicit if it included parenthetical grouping.

I understand where you are coming from. However... I believe the convention the game uses throughout the rules and other cards is adjective [noun AND/OR noun]

It's the same rules of execution order we use when deciding whether 3 + 2 x 4 is 20 or 11. The answer is 11, we impute the brackets 3 + (2 x 4) because that is the convention in mathematics.

In English (UK version anyway), to avoid clumsy repetition, common convention is to use adjective noun and/or noun to mean adjective applies to both. For example, I am sure there are many examples of "living creature or conjuration", both in the rules and cards.

One can argue there is a slight ambiguity and a FAQ meta rule on interpretation will make this crystal clear.

Whether grammatical necessary or not it the card would be crystal clear with the repetition of the keyword Vine. Without a comma I do think this is already implied and the majority of people will read it this eG, but there is still some ambiguity. Parenthesis would also work though they would seem a bit odd.

You'd think... but searching the rules there actually doesn't seem to be much use of that format, and a quick scan of the cards didn't throw up much either.  Its seems its an new type of reference that hasn't really been that necessary previously.   PS I looked for all examples of creature and/or conjuration, not specifically living.

Sigh, really need to get someone around to play this game more than I read about it!

97 cards have the word Creature in their target text (love OCTGN's deckbuilder!)

Where abouts?  (I'm not arguing, just curious).  I only searched the base rules pdf. Which suggests these forms are in the expansions. I don't follow  or have promos nor do the websites I use to read cards so couldn't comment.
