Burn and Regeneration

In the Upkeep, what comes first? Burn or Regeneration? We had a game, where my Troll would have died if the burn conditions would have been handled first...!

When multiple conditions affect a creature in the upkeep phase the owner decides the order of resolution. Check page 7 under upkeep phase. When it gets messy, the player with initiative decides. But yours sounds a straight decision for the creature owner.
