Promo Cards

There are a lot of promo cards out there, lots for sale on ebay.

But (yes the big but) I'm not a fan of promo cards, they give a big advantage to players with a big wallet (how can you get the cards if you need to be at an event and pay $2000+ dollars on hotel nights/plane tickets, or buy them at ebay).

This is not ment as a discusion between have's and have-not's, but more looking how this situation is dealt with, specialy in tournements, and the standpoints of the player base.

Also is there a list of pubished promo cards? or is this a wild goose chase?

Promo cards are not permitted at tournaments, and no one can force you to allow them in your home games.

More importantly, all promo cards will be printed in future sets.  It's just a matter of time before everyone has access to them.
