Multiple Dazes vs Multiple Attacks

Simple question that came up just now. We know that if a creature is dazed and has multiple attacks, it still gets its other attacks even if the first one missed. However, what if it has MULTIPLE dazes on it. Do the extra dazes kick in for the extra attacks?

We ruled that they do not, because the codex seems to imply daze only stacks with regard to defense rolls. It says specifically that with multiple dazes you only roll once to see if an attack misses. But there's still some disagreement since that seems to be worded specifically towards a single attack, so an official answer would be nice to see if we ruled correctly or not.

If you are Dazed, and you make a multi-strike attack like Triplestrike, you roll for Daze for each strike separately regardless of the number of Dazes you have. The exception is zone attacks, where you roll for Daze once, and then, if you hit, you attack all applicable targets, and if you miss, you don't hit anything.

ah...we've been playing it wrong this whole time then. thank you for the clarification ^_^ this makes daze a bit more powerful.

From the FAQ:

Daze
The chance to miss is always rolled for at the end the Declare Attack Step, or when the attack starts (if
no Declare Attack Step).

This is necessary, because some attacks do not have a Declare Attack Step, like the second and third
strikes of a Triplestrike attack. A Dazed creature must roll for each attack it makes, including all 3 strikes
of a Triplestrike attack, or both attacks of a Sweeping attack.

Daze and Stun are extremely annoying to play against. Stun shuts down everything for a non-mage creature and a lot for a mage. I would take a Burn token over a Daze or Stun any day of the week.
