Zone Border

If a Mage casts a wall spell with 0-1 range, can it be placed on ANY border of the tile 1 range away or must it be placed on the intersection (i.e. border) between the 0 & the 1 tile? I find the explanation in the rulebook confusing.

You can put the wall on any border of any zone up to 1 zone away from the mage as long as you have line of sight.

Yep, you target the zone useing all range/los rules and then pick which border of that zone so long as all other criteria is met.
