Animal Kinship stacking?
« on: April 06, 2013, 09:44:49 PM »
For the Beastmaster deck the conjuration "Animal Kinship" states:
As long as you control any of these animal creatures, your Mage gains these traits and abilities:
Canine= Melee +1, Reptile= Armor +1, Bear= Tough -2, Ape= Climbing, Cat= Elusive.

I was wondering if I have for example two canine creatures out do I get +2 Melee or just the base +1 no matter how many I have?

Animal Kinship checks to see if you meet the requirement not how many times you met it so only +1 melee.

On the other hand, you can play an additional Animal Kinship, and if you have a canine, each of them will give you melee +1.

Yes quite true, I should have thought to add that. Good catch.
