Cool! And whats the cost of said card? I would have it be a bit high how you have it stated here.
Having it give a daze or stun condition, might be a better way of handling action removal. (Just forcing a action is a bit to powerful, unless there is a chance of failing via saving roll.)
And Incorporeal with 10 is mighty beastly. But a very cool concept. being a force wall, would it block LoS? Or is it opaque?
