This deck is tough. Hard to kill indeed.
Notes:
Elemental Cloak is anti fire tech. With reforging, I am paying 3 sbp's, 1 less than someone with 2 cloaks.
Pillar: So god! With force push (wand) you get a very good deal. 2 sbp for 4 or 6 dmg and burn or daze.
Only 1 Crit Strike and Bear Strength: opponent should not have enough dispels to deal with these. an ward if need be
Read, enjoy, and comment!

You seem to be under the impression that Tanks are still the way to go while they are considerably weaker than before imo.
Critical Strike, Mind's Eye and some new tools for DoT like Curse Item for example all get past armor relatively easily.

There's also nothing to deal with Incorporeal and even though you have ranged attack spells none of your non-mage creatures can attack Flyers, so you could have a difficult match-up there too as you have nothing to bring them down. ( Gravikor or Maim Wings )

No way to stop healing at all is another potential weak spot ...

Well, tanks, are still a solid choice IMO. Mind to share how you play warlord?

"Let's armor up absurdly until my opponent cannot even scratch me anymore. At that  point, my opponent can either surrender or we can play another 4 hours until I slowly kill him, because I have spend all my spellbookpoints and mana on defence."

I'm happy there are many more counters now other than dissolve. Decks like that are incredibly boring.  :P I believe AW actively tried to add cards to counter defensive play in the latest expansions.

When in doubt kill it with fire? I never doubt and crush them right away.

I don't agree. Outlasting the initial attack usually takes 40-50 mins. Then you start beating face. This isn't one of those decks that never attacks, it just survives first then presses the attack.

Two offensive creatures and some attack spells isn't that much of a threat. (I know you have a little more than that) I agree that you'd win if the opponent can't handle the armor or can't kill you before you are armored up. If you are both stubborn and want to play the entire game, it'll probably take hours.

Disagree. Runed mourning with bear strength and CRIT strike can dish out the dmg.

Sure it can, and I'm not saying your book can't kill.. But really it can easily be countered and it isn't a decent base for killing the opponent. A simple tanglevine will probably stop your damage output for 2 entire turns. One dispel could take away all the piercing or reduce your dice to 4. Not that it would matter since being slow is the plan anyway.

As a quick check I see around 70 points on defensive cards and 30 points on offensive cards.

True, but by the time I put crit strike on, they should have used most of their dispels already.
