Not sure if this has been mentioned before, but has arcane wonders ever considered bringing out a spell tome of tool box spells i.e. Dispel, dissolve, teleport etc?
I have all the sets and enough books to have all mages going at once, but I'm always short of the spells that everyone needs, dispel etc.
I usually just use a scrap of paper in the cards place, but over 12 books that's lot of paper. Id be interested in buying a pack of spells that contained maybe 100 cards of 10 copies of the most commonly used cards, or something too that effect.

Great idea, I would buy it. I think it should include minor teleport and acid ball.

Why do you think he's not on par with th to the other mages? He has some much versatility.

I am a little bit worried about his special abilities. Their use appear very situational to me. The auras only work in the zone of the paladin. They seem also very expensive (6 and 8 valor) for what they do. Retribution aura for example. How often in a game will you profit from this aura.? Also he only has 9 channeling. I don't hope we are getting another bloodwave warlord here. But I think it is far too early to come to that conclusion. I really love the combinations of schools he is trained in. Nice twist from what we have seen so far from other mages.

Seems we have two spoilers tomorrow. 

I like the current model. Spellbooks for new mages, and no spellbooks for alternate mages. I also think it is a wise choise that acadamy expansions come without spellbooks.

The Priestess and Warlock are two seperate sets. We'll be sharing a ton of cards from those sets leading up to their release. Now, no I don't have an "Official" date for them, mainly because I'm design. However, I believe we're shooting for April for the Priestess, with the Warlock to follow in May or June. Now, this is the plan right now. Something could change, but I don't expect those to change too much.

The Promo Spell Tome, ideally it should be out a little ahead of the Academy expansions. But that could change. Regardless it will be out before PVS.

No, I don't have a date on PVS. I know what I'm shooting for, but as I mentioned I'm design. Production, shipping, and logistics are outside of my expertise. So, I don't have a good estimate for that right now. All of that said, I've poured myself into PVS and we've really been focused on that set. I know how important it is to our players, and it's important to me personally. I want you to all have a set that is really phenomenal.
