Repulse vs Guard

When a mage uses Repluse against a creature using Guard, does the Guard condition remain after the creature is moved? I see nothing in the rules that would prevent it, but it seems silly having the guard posture remains in place after being shoved around. :huh:

Follow up question: What if the direction selected is blocked by the arena wall or an impassible object? Do you keep rolling until a valid direction is selected?

I see guarding more like active moving to the front line than deffensive position - so no thematic problem here for me ;)

As for rules - push does not remove guard marker.

push does not remove guard.

if you roll a direction that makes them hit an impassable wall, it's considered a bash and you get to roll 3 attack dice.

I'm back in the scene after a long break since launch. I've been collecting, but not playing. I've read the new FAQ and I'm ready to play.
