I think for Necro a Rat like this make more sense as the Darkfenne Rat.

Fear = only affects non psychic immune creatures. Creatures with a fear marker must (if they can) move out of its zone on their next activation, remove the fear marker after its next activation.
Target may add -X to the d12 roll. X is targets Level.

Great work!!!! I will try to elaborate on reasons why when I get a chance.  I love the exploding barrel troll, demon possessed curse,  swarm ideas.  Time bubble!!! Fire mana charge spell.  Lots of good things here.  Not sure everything is costed correctl...... but lots of fun ideas!!!!
