Academy -> Arena Conversions

Hi,
I'm wondering if anyone out there has tried converting the academy mages to arena (stats, abilities etc)?
(I'm not asking for official conversions or anything like that, I know that that is not AW's priority and that's cool.)
I'm not too worried about them being 100% balanced, I just play Arena casually with a few friends and it would be nice to be able to use some of the academy only mages (elementalist particularly, and the monk in future) in the format.
