Its hard to tell how good this card is?
I really love Johktaris fast, so CS really should be worth it (on a mage)

If CS is only used to catch up once, and then stay and then not use it anymore it likely to expensive.

CS seems fine with Charge and or Elusive.
Flying fast Grizzlies with Lion Savagery is fun!

Really good vs anything with a defense.

If its really important in a match its likely to get dispelled.

Hit whatever you want. Stop being hindered.

Enchantment stays forever.
Casting enchantment on your small weak creatures can turn out bad for you.
If your opponent can kill that creature easily your losing that "forever" lasting enchantment.

I could easily see this on a Pet or a minor creature that not to easy to kill.
