Need to connect with customer service

I'm happy to get  Mage Wars Academy 2 new expansion sets. Unfortunately, the token board of Forcemaster expansion is a blank chipboard.  How to connect with customer service, I didnt find it on AW official website.

There are no tokens in the Forcemaster academy expansion set, if you look at the back of the pack you can see it.

I think it's a shame that it is so.
