I guess the issue has resolved itself since I've seen you online. But incase it has not perhaps its worth talking with the library IT department and ask them to update their computers since you cannot run software you need to.

Check the time stamp I posted this last spring. Since then the library has updated their .net framework (even though they refused my request originally). I'm guessing some faculty member needed it for something  or other and made the same request after I did.
