Can OCTGN work on a MacBook?

I ran windows on apple computers for years without any problems. Bootcamp lets you install it and provides all drivers. You just have to to choose how much percent windows should be (you dont have to format the drive, bootcamp manages to maintain your osx plus data), bootcamp prepares the windows partition (format, UEFI and stuff), ive never had problems with that.
You can buy a Windows 7 Pro licence for 10$ and upgrade to Windows 10.
So you are 10$ and an afternoon of installations away from Mage Wars :)

It says that it is still experimental but it should work for you. I'm not an expert on this but you can try it out as it only takes a few minutes (if you believe in the numbers given on the website ;))

Really? Last I checked it required using the wine app, and people could never get it to work and it was never updated. Pretty sure they gave up on it.

Yea, thats from 2014 and was completely unworkable when I tried it about a year ago.

And once we get to having to pay $100.00 for Windows, its just easier to spend the extra whatever and buy a cheap PC laptop.

Parkdeck, if you have an easy/cheap way to get OCTGN on a Mac, message me, but I've tried a few times and had major issues doing it.

you can probably buy a super cheap used windows pc that is older but still very functional for 100 or maybe less which in the end may be about the cost for the windows license you are discussing. dont have the money, tne try to do some work in your neighborhood to earn some money to make the buy.
