If you cant remove his wands he has unlimited Incantations spells.

Are you thinking [mwcard=MWSTX1CKQ05]Dispel Wand[/mwcard] in one hand and [mwcard=MW1Q19]Mage Wand[/mwcard] of [mwcard=MW1I07]Dissolve[/mwcard] in the other? Or just the Mage Wand of Dissolving in one hand and [mwcard=MW1Q08]Elemental Wand[/mwcard] for an attack spell from the toolbox, with [mwcard=MWSTX2FFJ01]Harshforge Monolith[/mwcard] and maybe [mwcard=MWSTX2FFE03]Arcane Corruption[/mwcard] to take care of enchantments?

I feel like Adramelech Warlock might be good, especially with Demonhide Mask giving the enemy Flame +1 might be a good idea... but kind of specializes in Flame.

Champion's Gauntlets make your hand slot items indestructible.   You can easily carry 4+ of these and deploy them from your Battle Forge.  Mage Wand can have Rune of Reforging on it (cantrip) and you can equip yourself with Harshforge Plate...and Armor Ward.

This means:
It costs 10 mana to Dissolve the Gauntlets (at range 1) and an additional 13 mana to Dissolve the Mage Wand....which will go back into the spellbook instead of actually being destroyed.  Both of these things must be done on the SAME turn or you will just Deploy more gauntlets the next turn.  Sounds like you only need 1-2 Teleport and Dispel to be effective here.
Instead of 10 mana you can also pay 1 (level) +2 (additional for harshforge plate) and disarm those gautlets then dissolve the wand. That is much cheaper if you want to get rid of a wand. But it remains a bad deal and if the wand is cantrip that's even worse.

I don't think it is a good idea trying to run the other player out of cards as a win condition without playing alot of creatures. The reason for that is battle forge is in the game and what the card allows is to:

either wait for the opponent to spend both their actions, play mage wand, dissolve one of their equipment, during deplyment get some other wand on the same slot from the forge, returning mage wand to your spellbook and repeat.

Or have a nullify on your mage and wait for them to spend one action and do the same thing just mentioned.

Because of this battle forge needs to be destroyed in order to win the "wand game". By protecting their battle forge with maybe 3-4 guardian angels your opponents will get to much use of it before you killed all the angels. In order to keep people from doing this you need board control and thus creatures.
