What's Legal?

Is there a resource for what's legal in:

Arena?
Domination?
Academy?

I have not been on OCTGN since pre Domination and Academy (nor have i played these yet) and I'm not sure what card pool people are building decks from in an Arena setting.

Everything's legal in domination. As far as I know all cards are legal in standard Arena too, though some cards in domination which rely on orbs will be useless in standard Arena. Academy only allows Academy cards.
