Why aren't there wizards of other elements in the academy?

I noticed that Mage Wars Academy only has the air wizard and no other wizards. Is there a thematic reason for this?

I am Sailor Vulcan! Champion of justice and reason! And yes, I am already aware my uniform is considered flashy, unprofessional, and borderline sexually provocative for my species by most intelligent lifeforms. I did not choose this outfit. Shut up.

I'll leave Laddinfance or someone on the play testing team comment about mechanics, but as far as Sistarra Academy goes, there are Wizards there of all flavors, as well and a collection of other Mages to round our the faculty. Most are from Sortilege or Westlock, but some hail from more distant places: the cities of Salenia, Ivarium, the Anvil Throne, even from far off Dsjer-Tet.
