Creates a different metagame from meatspace tournaments, which has advantages and disadvantages. Did anyone try Ballista cheese?
I can take the fun out of anything. It's true; here, look at this spreadsheet.

Akiro, I have never prayed to you before. No one will remember if we were good men or bad. Why we fought, or why we died. All that matters is that one stood against many. That's what's important! Valor pleases you, Akiro... so grant me strength! And if you do not listen, then to HELL with you!

I'm rather late to posting this (been super busy) but we have the videos up now. They turned out pretty good :)

Also, thanks to Arcane Wonders for posting these earlier!

very nice game, congrats for both players. i like the comments too, without them it would be much harder to watch :)

hope to see more of that kind of initiative in the future.

Intangible0, your coverage of the matches is great!

I hope you commentate on the next event as it makes it a really good, insightful, watch.

I also really liked watching the commentated game.  It was very helpful for me as a newer player who is still learning a lot of the basic strategy of the game.  My only comment is that the audio was occasionally glitchy (watch for a minute or two starting around 10:30 in the finals commentary, for example).  It happened a few times throughout the match.

Thank you for doing the commentary on these games and posting them. The audio quality was a little iffy in places, but otherwise well done.

I was surprised by the play styles I saw. There was a distinct lack of fast, efficient pressure in both games. None of the 3 players applied significant pressure quickly, but they didn't have strong late game plans either, which seemed weird to me.
