Invisible text in online rulebook

I just finally noticed after quite a while of having this problem that there is a lot of text in the online rulebook sidebars that is invisible on my computer. Anyone have any idea why this is? My computer uses windows 8 and my browser is Firefox.

What words exactly? Here is what I see on my desktop running Windows 7 and Google Chrome.

Do you mean the PDF rulebook?
