I don't believe so.  Thorns tend to grow on stems not vines.

I honestly hope it remains NOT a vine.  wall of thorns is strong enough as is.

It was under review by the rules team and AW. Currently we left it not a vine for balance reasons.

Just played a game wrong yesterday, as it never occured to me it wasnt a vine.
