I can't read Wand of Healing very well, but it looks like it can cancel status effects. That seems to be a pretty in-demand ability in this game lol.

Wand of Healing is in the current OP Kit.

It can be used to either remove 1 condition marker (at its removal cost), or to heal 2 dice of damage on a creature for 2 mana.

Both are quick actions at range 0-1.

It also only costs 2 mana to equip, and is a level 1 holy spell.  So its really cheap in terms of cost and spellbook space.

I'm trying like crazy to collect all these promos, but I'm unable to attend events such as Origins and Bashcon.

Hopefully they become available locally someday... Or someone sells one on EBay.

My eyes bugged out when I saw Shadow's list of promos.

I really want to get my hands on a bunch of copies of Hurl Rock. It's just so efficient, and my Earth Wizard would have small attack options instead of going straight from Arcane Zap to Hurl Boulder. It would let me attack with my Wizard for a total of 10 dice in a turn for just 5 mana.

I have a copy of Sersiryx, but I haven't used him in a game yet. I'm looking forward to trying him out. Same with Wand of Healing.

Yes this is accurate.  These are all the promo cards avaliable to date.  There will be a way to buy them in the future.  They will all be released as standard cards in future expansions...as will all promos cards.
