Triple strike & Reverse attack

Some more questions about reverse attack:

If a Mage is making a zone attack with Ring Of Fire and any creature has a reverse attack, when does the reverse attack trigger?

Does the Reverser goes first and afterwards the Mage makes all of his attacks?
Or does the Reverser makes it attack once he is appointed as target?

If you would reverse Ring Of Fire, I suppose you should have to attack ALL objects too?
(Which basicly means your units will be hit twice instead of once?)

Reverse Attack and Block are destroyed by Zone attacks.  They trigger, and then they are destroyed because they cannot stop an Unavoidable attack, and the Zone attack is Unavoidable.
