What its you in the pixie of academy?

the new pixie familiar for beastmasters said that a enchantment cost you one less when this pixie is in the same zone, Can this pixie affect another familiar in the same zone as "you"?

Can be that "you" can referr to any object that can cast a spell?

if any cards mentions the word "you" it always means specifically your mage.
