steal runed equipment

just to be sure:
if my dwarf warlord has runed boots + harshforge plate + armor ward, and my oponent wants to steal my boots:
1) he will steal them with the rune
2) he won't pay +2 for the rune
3) he will pay +2 for the harshforge plate
4) he won't pay +4 for the armor ward

right?

Sounds right to me, assuming your opponent isn't restricted from the boots in some way, which the runes don't do.
