Horizontal rules keep disappearing!

Horizontal rules seem to frequently disappear while I'm scrolling up or down. What's going on? Is it just me or is this the case with everyone?

I'm using firefox as my browser.

I don't know how it works in FF, but in Chrome horizontal rules may appear after hovering over spell with preview which crossed site border. After moving focus away from spell's hypertext (also by scrolling) preview will disappear so horizontal rules will disappear too.
Old Opera didn't have this issue, because focus wasn't refreshed after scrolling.
