new rings for spawnpoints an circle of mage

Necromancer and now warlord have a ring that reduce summoned spells from spawnpoints, that´s meaning that every mage will have a similar ring?

The promo that gives to the wizard (arcane enchantment) the possiblity of summon a creature in that circle, will be changed for spawnpoints can used in the same way?

No, it's not our intention to do that for every mage. Though in this opportunity, we felt that one of the keys to the Warlord was his barracks and we wanted the ring to work with that. Now, in the future I wouldn't be surprised if more mages get rings in this fashion, but it's not our intention right now to give all mages that type of ring.
