Skull Tokens?

I am new to the game and just started playing. I have the core set and DvN. I played Altar of skulls but I don't have any skull tokens. Are they in another set? Or am I missing something?

Tokens are meant to be represented by anything that works for you, from dice to change to something else. Usually tokens aren't included in the sets as all the necessary information for a token is all included on the card that generates them.
