I can't believe how often this still comes up, but when EXACTLY can mind control be revealed? What is the official ruling by the creators?

Laddinfance spoke with Bryan Pope not too long ago and got an official answer for us in this thread: http://forum.arcanewonders.com/index.php?topic=12326.15

That answer was: "Mind Control can be revealed at any time, so long as it is not during a creature action phase."

Thus, the only time you can't reveal Mind Control is when someone flips over an action marker. At that point, Mind Control is illegal until they declare an end to their action.
