The wording isn't very clear on this one.
When you read the last sentence it says you can summon any conjuration, but I guess it is suppose to only refer to Vine conjurations. Correct?
I understand where you are coming from. However... I believe the convention the game uses throughout the rules and other cards is
adjective [noun AND/OR noun]It's the same rules of execution order we use when deciding whether 3 + 2 x 4 is 20 or 11. The answer is 11, we impute the brackets 3 + (2 x 4) because that is the convention in mathematics.
In English (UK version anyway), to avoid clumsy repetition, common convention is to use adjective noun and/or noun to mean adjective applies to both. For example, I am sure there are many examples of "
living creature or conjuration", both in the rules and cards.
One can argue there is a slight ambiguity and a FAQ meta rule on interpretation will make this crystal clear.
(I am starting to feel very sorry for the beleaguered designers...)
