Decoy is cantrip?

Hello, yesterday i friend of mine told me that Decoy its a Cantrip but i dont find any clarification of that, can you help me? thanks

I don't believe decoy is a cantrip.......

It would be cool if it was! (I dont think we even had any cantrips in the core set)

A reusable decoy would be funny, but broken if it had cantrip. Maybe it should be something like this...
